Bonus Terms

• Gold Coins are for play only. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for prizes or cash, and are never subject to redemption — regardless of any wager requirement.
• Sweepstakes Coins may be redeemable for prizes once all applicable conditions in these terms are met.
• Bonus and promotional coins are issued as either bonus Gold Coins or bonus Sweepstakes Coins, and are identified as such at the time they are granted.

• Bonus or promotional Sweepstakes Coins must be wagered before they can be redeemed. Each offer’s wager requirement (the multiplier), the amount it applies to and any maximum bonus or expiry it carries are set out in that offer’s terms, which You can view before You accept it, from the offer on the Rewards page, from Your wallet for a purchase offer, or when You enter a bonus code. The wager requirement that applies is the one stated in its terms at the time You accept it. Where an offer’s terms state no wager requirement, only the standard requirement that Sweepstakes Coins be played once before redemption applies.
• Sweepstakes Coins won from free SC spins must be played through once before they can be redeemed. The multiplier in an offer’s terms does not apply to them. They remain locked until every wager requirement in progress on Your account is met.
• For a purchase-match promotion, the displayed multiplier is based on the total Sweepstakes Coins credited with the package (the free Sweepstakes Coins included with the Gold Coin package plus the matched bonus Sweepstakes Coins). For a standalone bonus or reward, it is based on the amount granted.
• This requirement applies across all games where bonus or promotional Sweepstakes Coins are accepted.
• The amount each play contributes toward the requirement is game-dependent, as set out in the table below. Contribution rates are subject to change at any time.
• Until the requirement is met, the applicable bonus or promotional Sweepstakes Coins — and any associated prizes — remain locked and unavailable for redemption.

Game lists are representative and subject to change at any time. Individual games may contribute at a different rate than the category shown here.

The same contribution rates apply to loyalty point earning: a play that contributes at a reduced rate toward a wager requirement earns loyalty points at that same reduced rate, whether or not You currently hold a bonus or promotional balance.

• Bonus and promotional Sweepstakes Coins, and any unclaimed or unredeemed bonus tokens, expire after the period specified for the applicable promotion. This period varies by promotion and may range from as little as 24 hours to 12 months (or longer), at our discretion.
• Any bonus or promotional Sweepstakes Coins — and any associated prizes — that have not satisfied the applicable wager requirement before the expiration date are forfeited.
• Gold Coins bonuses may also carry an expiration period, as specified for the applicable promotion.

• Bonus offers are available only to eligible, verified account holders who meet our eligibility requirements, including minimum-age and permitted-jurisdiction requirements. Offers are void where prohibited by law.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, each bonus offer is limited to one per person, account, household, device, email address and payment method.

• Any attempt to redeem, circumvent or misuse bonus or promotional coins before the applicable wager requirement is met may result in forfeiture of those coins and any associated prizes.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including the use of multiple accounts, collusion or any manipulation of promotions — may result in removal of all bonuses and associated prizes, and suspension or closure of the account(s) involved.
• We may add, modify, suspend, revoke or discontinue any bonus offer, contribution rate, wager requirement or expiration period, in whole or in part, at any time and at our sole discretion.
• We may determine, in our sole discretion, whether these terms or any bonus offer have been breached. Our decisions on all matters relating to bonuses and promotions are final.
• Where these Bonus Terms conflict with the published terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion’s terms govern for that promotion.
